The CEO wanted to introduce a new, expensive product. In just 30 days, my team and I researched and implemented a product marketing strategy. We gamified, created a collectors line, and launched CHIVE Rare Coins with actor, Kevin Smith. Within minutes, we sold out and made over $500,000. To the day, this product line had brought in more than 5 million dollars in revenue and have partnered with many other celebrities like Bill Murray.
When I joined Influx, we manually gathered and sorted data from different platforms that didn't connect. To streamline tasks, I proposed merging to Hubspot, which the CEO approved. I then organized and established systems for marketing, outbound, and sales. From outlining sales funnels to organizing contacts, I became the Hubspot expert. Months later, all data is consolidated, freeing my analysts for meaningful work.
I spearheaded the launch of a new arm of the business, focusing on solutions tailored for Sales Teams. Recognizing the need for an in-depth understanding of buyer personas, I delved into thorough independent research and conducted a comprehensive paid survey. Combining all the gathered insights, I successfully identified two key buyer personas, resulting in the simultaneous launch of two distinct products instead of one. The double product launch not only expanded our buyer target market but also yielded more than 20 new business ventures within the 60 days.
I collaborated with a leading branding agency in Texas to craft a compelling go-to-market campaign for the USA. After countless iterations and color palette explorations, we arrived at a concept that seamlessly elevated the existing brand. Our aim was to make a bold statement while maintaining a cool and relaxed vibe. By strategically allocating our advertising budget to Texas, California, and New York, we achieved an impressive 5:1 return on ad spend.
